The Real Problem

A total of 45,979 deaths resulted from suicide in the United States in 2020.
That's 1 death every 11 minutes.

The real problem isn't suicide, it's that very few people know how to comfortably and effectively talk about it, and even fewer are equipped to identify root causes in order to navigate their physical, mental and emotional health challenges.

The problem isn't suicide.
The problem is fear and being ill-equipped.

That's where I come in.

Book A Call

"I lead a function composed of doctors, nurses, scientists and engineers who in their own nature are experts in physical health. Having recently lost two members of my organization to suicide, Jenny's talk not only resonated with me deeply, but it also helped me and my organization realize how relevant mental health is both personally and professionally. Following Jenny's presentations, there has been an apparent sense of openness in our discussions as a group, where the stigma of talking about mental health is no longer there, which in turn created a deeper and more engaged organization."

Schedule A Meeting

Providing a comprehensive approach to mental health doesn't simply remove the stigma and improve communication between colleagues. It provides each employee with relatable content that is both practical and easy to apply at work and at home which reduces absenteeism and presenteeism.

In other words, employees are empowered to make confident and informed decisions about their mental health as well as the mental health of their loved ones which allows them to be more present and productive at work.
